Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This is a very special place. The owner, Holly, genuinely cares about the success of her students and supports them in so many ways. She is one of the most kindhearted and sincere people I have ever met.

She has also built an amazing team of instructors who truly care about yoga and the art form behind it. The studio is always kept very clean and welcoming.

Whether you are brand new to yoga or trying one of the other classes they offer, you will get the support and encouragement you need to progress, challenge yourself, and become a better version of yourself. I’m very grateful to have found this place and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming, supportive, and inspiring studio.

My yoga journey has given me the tools to take better care of myself from lowering cholesterol, adding an inch to my height and managing my weight and improving balance, mobility and strength.
I personally enjoy the balance of hot yoga classes and then Yin to restore and reset. Can’t wait to try the new Hatha Yoga and Sculpt class soon!!!
Hope to see you on the mat!!!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had to switch my yoga studio because I needed a schedule that worked better for me. I tried a couple of other places first, but ended up choosing this one.

The studio is bright, has a nice vibe, and the instructors are professional and knowledgeable, which is important to me. I decided to get a membership and so far I’m happy with my choice. It’s still a new studio and they’re building their community, but I think they’re off to a great start.

The physical benefits of this practice improve my flexibility and have helped me regain joint mobility lost from personal injuries. Additionally, this practice incorporates focused breath work to calm the nervous system, thereby improving my mental health in class and outside the studio. I encourage anyone to try two weeks of classes at Yoga Ridge, attend any community events offered to help people improve their health, and/or become a member. The time and effort the instructors put into quality teaching is worthy of 5 stars. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I recently started attending hot yoga to try it out since I felt it was a pretty nice and low impact way to workout without going to the gym. I started coming because they have a new student membership where you get unlimited classes within a 2 week duration for only $60. I honestly really enjoy coming here. I’ve seen the improvements (mostly because I sometimes unintentionally do more advanced poses without knowledge lol) and I really think the instructors are amazing. Definitely try it out.

It had been about ten years since I’d taken a yoga class so at first I was a little nervous. The owners and teachers were immediately warm and welcoming. You can see how the owners have put their hearts into the studio and have thought out every detail to make classes a nice escape from the day to day grind. The cleanliness, education, atmosphere & compassion are top notch. The teachers are the best at guiding students in their poses. I came here looking for self care a few times a week and have found a supportive community. Having my lower back pain disappear as I’ve strengthened muscles has been a big bonus!
Whether you’re looking to dip your toe in yoga or if you consider yourself a seasoned yogi this is the place to go.

I was looking for a non judgmental studio to try yoga for the first time at and it is perfect! The people are great and I love the variety of classes. Instructors push me to grow while still supporting my comfort levels. I highly recommend!
